I am a self-proclaimed marketing junkie! My love affair with marketing began the summer before my junior year in college.  I had been diligently pursuing my path as a chemistry/pharmacy major and hating it more and more by the minute. I had finally struck up the courage to talk to my academic adviser about my plight and she had given me some of the best advice ever, “go to summer school and take a few random courses,” she had said, “just do different things and see what tickles your fancy!”.

That summer among other things I signed up for a Marketing 101 course, was instantly hooked, and the rest is history. Here I am fifteen years later, and still loving every minute of it still–so much so that I have chosen to forge my own path and build a tribal marketing consulting business.

This blog is intended to be an honest recount of my journey, as well as my commentaries on all of the wonderful things that are going on every day in this new era of social media, tribal marketing , and whatever else that may follow.
